I’ve grown accustomed to picking up after myself and my 11-month-old…things seem to get messier more quickly even when your child isn’t mobile. However, I’ve recently learned that a mobile child means not only are there new messes to clean, but my work is quickly turned into entropy by my cute little munchkin. No sooner is one item of laundry folded than tiny fingers grab it from the pile and stack it in a much more unkempt one. Neatly rolled and stacked underwear is fished out of the basket and thrown on the floor. All in the name of “good fun” and “helping mommy.”
Though this new chapter in my life means a little more work, I still wouldn’t have it any other way.
